I'm 14 and a girl. I haven't been running for about 8 months! Very long time, I know! I'll be participating in a 7k race this July. So, I only have 3 weeks to practice. Is it enough?

Yes, 3 weeks is enough. Whether or not you'll be in top shape then is doubtful but you should be able to complete the run, especially if you used to run in the past. Even with three weeks, I'd say you would be able to push yourself in the race without killing yourself. Go for it.

it is not quantity yet high quality! i'm able to spend 2 hours enjoying a chew that I unquestionably have performed one thousand situations and get in touch with that prepare or i'm able to play scales, fingering workouts products etc and prepare the bits that choose training focused on rhythm, fingering etc in spite of the fact that is making it not basic for me to play AND get all of it carried out in an hour.. If I try this latter i visit be a greater suitable guitar participant then the former. The question isn't how plenty time you prepare yet WHAT you prepare.

Yes,depending on how you plan your runs. You can go crazy and run 10miles every day and tire your body out before the race. Or you can plan each run and begin with easy runs like a mile jog on your first day. Then keep inceasing your miledge. remember to get one or two days of rest before the race like just go for a light run a day before the race. GOOD LUCK ON THE RACE!!

enough for what? sure you can do the run. your performance might not be as great if you had practiced longer but you could still give it a try; the worst that could happen is you have to take breaks or walk.

depending on what you want to achieve, you can never have enough practice in my opinion. but sure, if you're willing to work hard. three weeks should be enough to reach a resonable condition. don't expect to win, i'm sure the other runners have been practicing for longer. but good luck anyways. don't try to beat the rest, beat your own self.

It's not gonna be great, but if you run a LOT, you might notice a slight improvement in stamina.
