I think you need to provide more information. How much weight/how many inches do you think you need to lose? What exactly is "everything i can"?

What is your exercise program?
What is your diet plan?
How long have you been using them?

Absolutely not. Keep exercising and maybe increase your time gradually. You will loose inches before the weight starts coming off. Try cutting back on your carbs as well. I just spoke to a friend today that has been walking 4 miles per day - 3 times a week. The weight has just melted off of her and her daughter. Don't expect a miracle. Remember that it takes a while, but oh how good you will feel once you see those pounds start melting off. Good luck!

I am in the same situation as you. I have talked to my dr and we have sat down and discussed my options. I have tried excerising dieting and weight loss pills. Now we are discussing the lapband system or gastric bypass surgery. Most insurances will cover it if you are 100 lbs over weight or your being over weight causes medical problems (such as asthma, back pain, etc) your best bet would be to talk to your doctor, discuss your options ask for them to help you along the way, ask them to consult with your insurance company (that is your best bet if looking into any of the surgerys) But remember, its only what YOU think of yourself that matters!

maybe you are exercising and then over eating without realising, try keeping a food and fitness diary to see where you are going wrong, also you might not be eating enough, in order to lose weight effectively you must eat regularly ( every 3 hours or so) when you are awake. and eat healthy small meals, also do some research to figure out how much you should be eating and exercising to lose weight in the first place.

I am sorry but I am not entirely convinced that you have done everything that you can. If you are exercising more (burning more calories) and you are not losing fat (still in a caloric equilibrium), then the only possibility is that you are taking in extra calories. Of course, this all assumes that you are exercising.

maybe you need a good 9-day cleansing diet. you lose a lot of weight and your body gets rid of all the toxins that are in your body (which is probably preventing you from dropping the weight) also, exercise is a must!!!!!!!
