If I had to pick I would guess that it would be built near Batesville. There's tons of motor shops and stuff around that area. Also a lot of open fields. It's also the home of many people that aspire to become professional racers later on. Did I mention that Mark Martin currently calls Batesville home?

I lived in Arkansas for 5 years and I hated it. I wouldn't want a track there or watch a race on tv in Arkansas associated with NASCAR. No offense to you, but my experience in Arkansas was beyond horrible and I'm happy with the fact NASCAR doesn't go there to race. It seemed like the majority of the people born and raised in that state had issues with drugs, alcohol and everyone was on probation and parole. Never, never, never. I hope NASCAR never goes there.

These morons know nothing. NASCAR is already in Arkansas. There are only a few NASCAR tracks, and it is a little hard to find, but they are there. You can do a search by zip code in the link I am attaching.

Nascar will never be in Arkansas. They only go to states that have an actual sewer system, instead of using a hole in the ground. It's mandatory. But on a serious note, no. I really don't see a potential 100 thousand plus crowd going to Arkansas.

Don't count on it. They're trying to build up undeveloped markets. The South is oversaturated with tracks in NASCAR's eyes.

I doubt it, even if there was a track that was already built and ready to go. Unless they decided to cut every track down to one race apiece which I really doubt, but that would be the only chance.

Unfortunately, it still isnt a high profile state for sports, or at least that is its image. The direction NASCAR is going, which is towards the more nationally mainstream, and black chefs like myself, unfortunately I wouldnt keep my fingers crossed for Little Rock.
They could build it in Hope, AR, and Willy Clinton could pay for it.
