how there is a bunch of young kids, even as young as 11-12 asking for dating advice in this section!

Or claiming that they have fallen in love. Or worried that their boyfriend is cheating on them. HAHA . Im pretty sure when they are older they wont even count these "relationships" they are in now.

So, am i the only one who think kids should'nt be worrying about relationships until they are atleast into highschool or are old enough to have a drivers licsense??

I'm not so sure that it is funny, i mean 11-12, yeah maybe, but nobody falls in love as hard as a teenager does. Nobody feels love and pain like a teenager. Yes maybe when you get older things get quite a bit harsher but when you are younger that's all you know. You are young, you don't know any better, you only know what you have been taught and you are only taught through experience. That's what makes it hard. Some of the stories on here are sad and could damage a person forever, something like a broken heart can make it harder for them to open up again. Depression, as well, is common and overlooked in our teen-hoods. I am 17, i know it is young but its older than i was. Just looking back and watching how much I've learned about the whole "dating scene" makes me think that you aren't grown up enough to see that kids, as well as teens, as well as adults all have their [un]fair share of heartbreak and it shouldn't be funny to anyone. Teens do fall in love harder than anyone, because we don't know enough to not be so attached and vulnerable for a chance for them to break our hearts. Before you say that we are to young and it is funny maybe you should think back to when you were younger and the relationships you were in. Then again times have changed and maybe you will never realize the life of us, the "children," the future.

Well you know there starting to reach that age where they want to be the coolest kid in class, or the best girlfriend in the world. So I think that might be the case. But I started "dating" when I was about 11 or 12. And to tell you the truth I can't remember what his first name was. Which is kinda bad, cause I'm only a freshmen in college :l

I agree with you. It's scary how many young kids are talking about dating, sex, being heartbroken and depressed. Kids aren't kids anymore and it's kind of sad to see. They shouldn't be dealing with these things at such a young age. They should be surrounded with friends and enjoying life without the burdens of adulthood.

A relationship like that shouldn't start until you are old enough to appreciate it, like highschool. They are way too young

totally agree w/u

but the culture 2day is forcing kids to grow up fast. kids r so much more "mature" these days compared to when we were kids. just take a look at the movies and tv shows they watch- everything's about boys, drama, and crushes. u cant expect them not to act the same way

To them even at their age, they view this as serious business. We were all that age at one time and in such a hurry to grow up, that at certain stages we did mock our older siblings and actions. Their actions and worrys are perfectly Normal and they need to learn to handle alot of these things as part of Maturing..
