No, you will not get addicted to Ambien by taking it once. I started taking Ambien, and now I have been taking Ambien CR for over 1 year. I am still not addicted.

Nope, usually takes a few more tries to get addicted. So take the ambien every so often and don't worry. You aren't a druggie.

You need to be on a drug for a period of time for the addiction to occur.
