depends on whether or not you were involved in a crime.
if you committed a crime, yes you will go to jail.
if you did not commit a crime, no you won't.

Whoever commits battery on a leo goes to jail. The police take that act very seriously.

Unless you were involved in the assault, you would not go t jail for the assault. You could still go to jail for whatever they were sent to your house for in the first place.
