At home I don't remeber to do my chores and I just am not very helpful but I try to be. Is there any thing I can do to help me remeber things. And anything I can do to help my body feel energized in a healthy way . I can't remember things people say and I'm only 13 but I have an IQ of 127. But remebering things is hard for me. And sometimes people get mad at me for it. PLEASE HELP!

An ability to remember things will change as you age. For some reasons, I got better as I became older....

I am so used to carrying a Blackberry and use it as my note pad to record TO-DOs. Before the Blackberry, I used to carry a small notebook. Why don't you do the same?

I don't like to waste my energy on remembering things when just as easily I can write them down and be accurate 100% of the time.

I'm 13 and I always consider that I have short term memory loss........I have the brain of an 80 year old. Though, I play Brain Age games to lower my brain age: Big brain academy, wii degree, Brain Age for Nintendo DS, sudoku, crosswords, word searches, exercises, concentration...things like that will definately help!
