hes family is in his country , i didnt know he was inllegal, he has been liying all this time we wore together for 1 year in a half... i feel like i was a dummy all this time

Okay so you have knowledge of an illegal alien in the USA and you only want to deport him because he cheated on you. Right action, wrong reason. He should be "deported" if he is here illegally. Cheating on you was just human nature. Don't do it because you want to get even do it because you want to preserve the laws and constitution of the USA.

If he only cheated on you, no. He might have a loving mother who loves him, he might have little brothers and sisters, all here, and to cause his family pain for what he did to you is not fair.
Plus you must have bored him out of his mind to have cheated on you.
