you can boil em, grill em, microwave em, hell you can even wrap em in foil and toss them directly into a fire or on the coals of a grill

I love to boil them whole with the skins on. When they are fork tender I drain the water and then put the potaoes back in the hot pot to evaporate any extra water off of them. I then add my favorite jarred pesto and butter to them and smash them up with skins and all. If your stove top is not working either you could pierce them cook them in the microwave and then add the other ingredients. This is a great side dish with chicken or steak.

Scrub them. Do NOT peel or cut. Place them in salted water and boil til fork tender (approx 15 minutes). Drain. Toss with butter or drizzle with olive oil and serve. You can add chopped garlic, lemon-pepper, chopped rosemary, parsley flakes...whatever your tastes are. If they are large in size, you may want cut them in half or quarters before serving (and any seasoning will stick better on the potato) Enjoy!!!

Wash them very good and then boil them in water with salt and pepper. When they are almost done, put a stick of butter in and then a little milk. Yum!

Scrub the skins really well and leave them on. All the nutrition value is in the skin, the rest is just starch and water.
