What you're actually looking for is BAH(basic allowance housing), not COLA.

Im pretty sure you will not get COLA in Ft. Stewart. COLA is used in places where the cost of living is very expensive. Like Hawaii, California, and overseas. I don't think Georgia counts.

Ft Stewart is not eligible for COLA.
