To be honest, most guys don't really care...But i would preffer a natural girl whos confident with herself...So yeah, i would prefer real breasts...She would look like a fake to me with fake breasts....

Real is always better. Small, medium, or large I luv'em all. The problem with fakes is that most of the time you can tell. It just throws body propotions off.
Would fakes bother me? Probably not (haven't had first hand experience yet) , but it could be red flag that somone is shallow.

i perfer the real thing!!! There are some females would feel better about themselves if they have little more up front and others might have medical reason. So I will not pass any judgement on the women who have implants. Bottom line we should be more interest in what is inside of the person. once mother nature and father time join forces. Women beware!!

Natural is better.. Some guys have fetish for huge breast but i think it will look bad after giving birth so i'd still prefer medium size breast.. Fake breast?? sometimes you don't want to touch it .. feels eery i think..
