I have the beef strips some onions mushrooms and green peppers and mixing all of that with hoisin sauce for a stirfry. Would that be enough or should I add some other ingrediants

Sounds good to me... add hte hoisin when the meat is almost cooked, as hoisin has a fair amount of sugar and will burn if you stir-fry it too long.

yeah that should work for you.
if you wanted to add more maybe try baby corn, celery, sprouts, and maybe snap peas--- my fave lol
i love my veggies so i always put in as many as possible
