With binge eating generally you starve yourself and then eat a lot. While starving yourself the body is thinking that food is scarce so the next thing you eat is pretty much stored as fat. Since you eat a lot your body stores a lot of fat in your body. Not to mention the negative effects on your organs over a long period of time. The organs are (for the most part) forced to work without things to energize it and your body can stop producing cells effectiantly. The walls or your heart can thin.
