Thinking of promoting my bi status a bit more. What do girls/guys think of navel piercings? Right or wrong way?

I too had my belly pierced when I wasn't actively going to church. I then started going to church. During that time that I started going to church, the Prophet, President Gordon B. Hinkley of the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints asked that members of the church refrain from tattoos,and or piercings (except girls may have one earring in each ear) . This was a difficult choice for me to make, I was in good shape, my fellow lifeguards all had their bellies pierced but I made a choice to remove my belly ring. As a daughter of God it is important to me to keep my body clean and not of the world. I know that this is for each individual to decide. I feel good about my own decision. From my own experience I think I learned that sometimes we get caught up in the world and what the world's idea beauty is. I think if we look inside we will see the natural beauty that God has given each one of us.

No not really. I think navel piercing is more of a girl thing. Try piercing one of ur ears. I think thats hot

definitely not ! that is a no go zone for men , well unless they are a bit feminine ! the last time i saw men with that ,was when I was at a show and there were male dancers that had it done and it really didn't look right at all x but hey at the end of the day if a man is confident in himself to want that done then its there life and there choice so go for what u want x

I love piercings and think they're fantastic, I haven't known a guy with a naval piercing but I think that if you want it done then just go ahead and do it, you can always take it out if you decide against it.
A lot of people seem to think that it symbolises some what of a homosexual lifestyle if a guy has it done, but I think that's ridiculous, just like guys wearing pink doesn't necessarily mean they're gay.

I think a guy with a navel ring is just WRONG.. I dont care what your sexual preferences are. YUCK on men having navel rings.
Nipple rings are hot on men though!

oh no no no no no no no, there are many attractive piercings out there for men but naval is a big no no - straight/gay/bi any male is wrong

I think belly piercings are okay on gay guys. They are not my taste for straight guys. I'm a little torn on bi guys. Hope that helps. :-)

Why do you need to promote it? If you genuinely like they way they look then yes. If its just to get male attention then no.
