Here is the thing about masturbation. You always have two options. Left or right hand. You will never hear, "Not tonite, I'm too tired." You cannot get an STD or an infection of any kind as long as you take proper care of your hands and any toys that you may use. Plus you can't get pregnant. WOO HOO! Plus you always get the result you are looking for. Replace your smoking habit with masturbation as I always try to encourage females to do. No sin against that. Everyone should do it some time. Nothing wrong with a little self love.

though some religions are against it, it is actually a very healthy, normal behavior. Almost everyone, male or female, engages in this activity, though some may feel guilty because of what they may have heard. The guilt can be destructive, as is shame, to the psyche. Guilt should be reserved for when does or does not do the right thing. Pleasuring oneself is no one else's business.
If someone does it to excess, just as doing anything to excess, there may be an underlying problem, but normal activity is just that--normal.

Fun and healthy! Whoever denies that they masturbate is LYING!! It's a healthy (almost necessary!) activity. All sex therapists promote it, especially for women who can't achieve an O. It is not a sin, so please don't listen to those who tell you women don't or shouldn't do it. And anyone who resents their significant other doing it might have some issues with their own sexual health. It should be a non-issue with healthy couples.

Both men and women do it, and it is both fun and, for some of the religious, also a sin - but then, most fun things are sinful.
The site given is not a porno site, but very informative.

Its was fun for me as a little boy and its still fun as an adult, and no one has ever gone blind from doing it. And yes it's a fact that 94% of men have done it. And besides playing with it can help you improve your "staying power" and its healthy, masturbating helps you get rid of "stress" that builds up over time, and besides if you dont do it your body will, automatically, do it on its own to make room for more.

Masturbation is fun and enjoyable, but there comes a point in time where it gets to be stupid. You will eventually stop when you are old enough and mature enough to understand that you dont need it. Yes, women do it. Everyone does, whether they admit it or not. But most dont do it forever.

Masturbation, in my opinion, is normal. Of course women do it, everybody does- just in denial. With all the Bible conclusions that masturbation is a sin, and s.hit, I don't really support that fact. We are human; once in a while we need to release sexual tension.

Masturbation, like many other things in the world, is just a thing to do. It isn't inherently good or bad, it just is. For some people it's damaging and for others it may be healthy.

As per Hindu philosophy sex is only for procreation. As an enjoyment even with wife is sin. Every one has to conserve his semen. If one can retain without wasteful discharge, the Aura of the person will increase and he will come closer to the God.

If you have an itch, is it sinful to scratch it? If we get tired, is it sinful to yawn? If we get horny, is it sinful to masturbate? NO. We are only following the signs that our body sends out, its needs and how to offer relief. Its a natural thing, just like sneezing when we have dust up our nose. If you have the urge, do it. Its what your body wants.
