This my sound strange.. But everywhere you look you see team work in creating, building and love. Surely this means that if there is a God... Its quite possible that there is more than one?

I believe people have souls. I also would like to believe that there is more to the world than it seems. But I am not a part of any religion and can't say that I actually do believe in any Gods as such.

I kind of agree with stalkin. My opinion is that God doesnt exist as any sort of form. Jesus, holy spirit, a god that created the earth or anything like that.. I think that God is a word used to discribe the wrong thing. It should really be more like an emotion/feeling. Almost as if God is infact humanitys desire for there to be something greater in the world. I also thing that God could be used to describe an attitude of spirituality. desire for something more in the world and our capacity for compation and love. God to me is more a word that should be used to describe a state in the world. Like a perfect worl. I don't believe in a God who created the world I don't believe in Jesus or the Holy spirit. But for me this is what the word God means. I respect other peoples views, of course.

that kinda seems like an oxymoron, and atheist who is spiritual. anywho, 1 God in 3 persons, God the father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. 1x1x1 = 1 The God of the old and new testament. God desires none to perish but ALL to come to repentence. lata

God exists of course. Religion takes away from his awesomeness though in my humble opinion. Modern Day evangelicals seem to miss the point. But God certainly exists, one whom is omniprescent in and of all things He made all things. In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God.

Yeah it does. I think god tried to keep the universe in order by splitting up light and darkness and created a force to keep both sides from interfering with humanity directly.

like you ,i am also spiritual and a bit of an atheist. atheist because i basically do not accept in any way most definitions of god...spiritual because i am curious, and enjoy seeking answers about god's (not existence but influence on groups and individuals)however for me god exists in a general way, coming mostly from within, but existing throughout all individuals who feel in a similar manner...to me god is whatever the universe is ...aloha

No. None. Zero. No one.

Being 'spiritual' means you DO believe in some fairy-tales.
You may be stretching the idea of atheism a bit.

God can't be proven or disproven. It is a matter of the heart. Nobody can really convince anybody else to believe in God.

A spiritual atheist. That's great - very zen.

It really doesn't matter if there's a god or not, as long as you're being true to yourself.

There is one God. He manifests Himself in three ways

Father-His "true" form
Son-His fleshly body (Jesus Christ)
and
Holy Spirit-The Spirit of God that is in the heart of His followers

Yes, God actually does exist. There is only One true God . . . the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob whose Son is Jesus Christ the Savior of the World.

Here is where most atheists stand and Christians stand. 1 John 4:1-14 "Beloved, do not believe every spirit; but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. by this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God; and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God; this is the spirit of the antichrist, of which you have heard that it is coming, and now it is already in the world. You are from God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world. they are from the world; therefore they speak as from the world, and the world listens to them. We are from God; he who knows God listens to us; he who is not from God does not listen to us, By this we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error. Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. The one who does not love does not know God, for God is love. By this the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him: In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation (sacrifice) for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has seen God at any time; If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love is perfected in us. By this we know that we abide in Him and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit. We have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son to be the Savior of the world."
