I am a floral designer, and I can tell you that it all depends on the time of year you are getting married and the colors you want in your wedding. All white? in January or September? Some flowers are not in season at certain times, and anytime around a major holiday, like valentines, mothers day, thanksgiving and christmas, roses are definitely more expensive.
