white flowers, green leaves and ferns, fantastic bow and silk streamers.
roses, daisies, babys breath, carnations are the usual but you can get creative.
Remember too to get carnation boutionnaires for the groom and his groomsmen and for your father, and flowers for the maid of honor and the bridesmaids and for both mothers.

I am a floral designer, and I can tell you that it all depends on the time of year you are getting married and the colors you want in your wedding. All white? in January or September? Some flowers are not in season at certain times, and anytime around a major holiday, like valentines, mothers day, thanksgiving and christmas, roses are definitely more expensive. I suggest you make a list and be more specific and talk to a florist about your options.

Speak to a florist. During certain times of the year, certain flowers are more available and others are more unavailable. That means, flowers will be more expensive during certain times of the year than others. Your budget may dictate what you then choose.

Roses, on the other hand, are seasonless and cost the same no matter what time of year.

A florist would be a good person to speak to at this time. I like rose, and tulips, red roses, there so many things you can pick from but you need the expertise of an... expert!!

If you go to http://www.wedding-savings-for-bride-groom.com/wedding-vendors.html you can fill out a form and have up to 4 florists in your area contact you. You can then tell them what you are looking for and negotiate the best deal. There is no cost to you or obligation to use any of them.
