In the picture language of Scripture God is always referred to as being white. A interesting aside on this ... An artist friend I know well commented recently that white is a combination of every color of the spectrum, reflected. As white reflects every color in the spectrum, so God reflects back to us an incredible variety of all the beautiful gifts and qualities which only God may detect within us! Pretty encouraging stuff!
