Got a pc problem can't figure out what to do.?

something with the ISScript.msi being old. so I cant install certain programs like Quicktime for example. I need to upgrade it somehow. Is there a way I can download it from somewhere? and how would the procedure be to install it?
I'm using a pentium 3 window XP pc by the way. thanks for your help.

If you are needing to install Quick time for your ipod your PC is not to old. You may have just gone to the wrong Mac website. You need to make sure that when you download the software for it is for IBM compatible.
