Admit that you can't and ask God to get you free.
Then be patient with Him and yourself.

My only advice is to stop being so naive and use your common sense more than believing an archaic set of moral values set by people during a time when superstition, ignorance and fear of the unknown ruled mankind's lives. There is absolutely nothing wrong with masturbation! It is a healthy, natural and necessary outlet for many things. Quit feeling guilty and stroke on, my friend!

Stop giving yourself a hard time and get on with it. So-called Christians are always saying how God forgives them for invading countries or eating their neighbours, but anything to do with sex and they're thrashing themselves endlessly. Orgasms are fun and healthy, guilt is the exact opposite. Just enjoy it.
It's even more fun when there's someone else involved, but something tells me that's not an option for you right now.

Try to find an accountability partner. Someone you trust and who understands what you're going through and who will pray for you. I have struggled and continue to struggle with this sin. You have to get to the point where you are completely fed up with the habit and desperately want to change. You must be willing to die to the old self. Also check out www.xxxchurch.com they have a ton of stuff to help you out.

you can't stop, I'm not trying to be mean, but just trying to tell you the truth, somebody told me. God's has to do ALL of it, man, i tried to change sooooo ( not with masturbating, but with other sins I'm too ashamed to talk about) many times, and it never worked, then I gave up, and said God your gonna have to do it all, I'm done, you know what? that's when the change happened, God broke the chains that bound me to me self, to my sin, man, just let go, I'm not saying that your gonna get perfect over night ( find a verse that says it's a sin, and quote it when you want to do it, that' what i do, Satan can't have the victory, when we're quoting it) no way, but you can be set free. you really can, i'll be praying for you man, there's sooo many Christians out there who don't know they can be free, man, i want you free!!!

Get an accountibility partner...pray..confess with other close believers...look away when tempted. Beth Moore has a book called praying God's word and it is all about addiction's. Praying god's word is powerful.
Lord I pray that u will train him how to avoid temptation and to become sexually pure. Thank you for showing him masturbation is a sin. I pray your perfect will in his life....I thank you and praise u Lord. In Jesus name I pray.
If u e-mail me I can send u a prayer that will help.
God bless u,
Daniel

There is no harm in trying again. Ask God to Forgive you and Forgive YOURSELF for failing again. Christ's atonement can wash away your sins of Mast... and Porn... and anything else.
Turn away from it again -- never give up -- never say you are too far gone. Pick yourself up as many time as you need and shun the behavior -- NEVER GIVE UP!

If you are truly a christian you already know the answer to your own question.
Stay involved in the church and christian fellowship.
Pray, sincerely, for 'peace and strength and courage and wisdom'.
"Ask and you will receive", says the Lord!

You may not want to hear this, but get over the guilt trip. It's normal behavior. Almost everybody does it. The only problem with it is thinking it's a sin and driving yourself crazy.

Why stop? There's no reason to. It's a healthy part of being a male, and a sexual being. All guys do it. It's normal. Don't guilt yourself over doing it, dude. There are more important things in life to worry about.
