I don't think anything you're concerned about is a problem. Call your vet to check on it. The humping is a dominance thing, not a sexual thing.

optimistically you haven't any longer have been given a "pocket" beagle. they seem to be a fabricated from undesirable breeding conduct, that purely breed for the small length and not for wellbeing. there are 2 height instructions interior the actual beagle breed, one being between 13-15 inches, and the different being under 13 inches. I even have got here across those "pocket" beagles to be bred with chihuahuas to get the small length, however the beagle colour, so some are no longer even organic bred beagles, yet mutts. did you notice the father and mom, did they fall interior the ordinary height selection, if so you are able to base the size of your puppy via what they looked like, provide or take a inch or 2

He is at the age for teething so make sure has lots of doggie toys to chew on - and not your furniture! If he is starting to hump, you need to push him down gently and tell him, "No." They humping may be his attempt at dominance. It is important for him to know that you are in charge - the alpha dog. Just correct him firmly but gently. You should also think about having him neutered as this will eliminate any male dominance issues and he won't be looking for ladies when he gets older.

Teething is normal at that age. You should also make an appointment for him to be neutered as his is obviously exhibiting mounting behavior.

It's all normal. Get him neutered and don't let him hump you.
