i drink vodka but it makes me gag every time is there any other cheap stuff that isn't gross or si there anything i can do so i cant tatse it? i need help cuz its gross and i want to keep drinking it

Just drink Smirnoff... Its not that expensive and it tastes great!

Is there a reason why it has to be vodka instead of other spirits or even non-alcohol? I ask cause I can't stand the smell of Tequila as it makes me gag, so I don't drink it and actually like Vodka. There are various flavored vodka's now that make some great mixed drinks (like a Chocolate Martini or Apple Martini). But if it makes you gag, I would try something else...Oh, by the way, with Vodka... you pay for what you get. The cheap stuff is just that and it will make anyone gag! Try Absolut, Grey Goose, or Stoli... when it is on sale, it is reasonable especially since most drinks call for only an ounce or two. Best to you!

Well, you could purchase the cheapest vodka and run it through a brita water filtration jug to act as a filtration device and eliminate impurities. Also, put the vodka in the freezer b4 drinking. It will go down smoother.
For me, I like to mix vodka with a splenda lemonade mix or crystal light ruby red grapefruit b/c its all about the carbs.
They say vodka is odorless and tasteless but I have found that to be untrue. Even the best vodkas have some kind of residual taste.

YAY for young alcoholics. Let me guess.... under 21 and its all you have?
Okay- I have a few suggestions to make it bearable, having been there.
a) Use a strong mixer. Try V-8 splash, or mix in powdered ice tea mix until its very strong (or any powered drink mix). Also try red bull and vodka, or mix it with a different energy drink.
b) If you have one, run it through a water filter. It will lower the alcohol content by a bit, but it will make the vodka much smoother.
c) Add sugar before you shoot it. It will give you one hell of a hangover, but it will be smoother going down.
Good luck. Next time, splurge the extra 5$ and buy better alcohol!

I accidently discovered a way to make a vodka drink taste like water the other night. Mix 1 part vodka [I used Smirnoff] to 3 parts orange gatorade. Add a bit of lemon juice and ice. It's uncannily tasteless.

Good vodka on the rocks with a splash of 7up shouldn't be gross. If you gag switch to Baileys.

k, if you dont like the taste: DONT DRINK IT!
there are many other liquors out there that arent quite as harsh. cheap vodka is the nastiest taste ever. try different things...but i dont see why you would want to continue to drink it is it makes you gag.
