He could have a cold or he could have just been taking a drink and his nose got wet!

first you have a runt as there is no such thing as a toy of any breed. Yorkies are in teh toy group nut not a toy yorkie. You were probably taken for money for a toy as they are nothing but runts and if very small may have a lot of health problems.
If the nose is running it may be getting sick and should see a vet

healthy dogs usually have cold wet noses. If it were warm and dry you would have more of a problem.

It is most likley a small cold. Don't worry it will clear up.
