I would start weening them off the bottle. I had a few litters with my Mama Cat and she would start weening them at around 4 weeks of age. Put out some dry kitten food for them. Mine used to just eat the food dry, but you can moisten it a bit with the mild replacer. You will still need to bottle feed them, but once they start eating the dry food, it won't be as often. If they are over 4 weeks old, you may want to cut back on a few of the bottle feedings. I would also get them check by a vet, as parasites can cause bloating.

well first take them to the vets and find out how old they actually are, check for worms. if they are 6 weeks old htey can start vacinations and they should be on moistened dry food and they only need to be fed every 4-5 hours first give moistened dry food and tehn follow up witht eh milk by 7 weeks they should be on dry for the most part and water.

take them to a vet for a check up and to fine out what to do.
they need food and warmth and someone that cares and it seems they do. they should never be given away or sold until they are 10-12 weeks old.
or call the local human society and ask them questions.

thank care of them.
