Pray and ask the Lord for strength. He will give it to you. Do not give up. Sex was created by God and intended to be for marriage. I promise you if you wait until then when it does happen it will be glorious and holy.
Phillipians 4:6 " Be careful for nothing; but in EVERYTHING by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving make your requests be made known unto God."
God Bless You.

Just remember that in the Christian belief system it follows that God made those urges and there is nothing wrong with them.
You don't say how old you are, but, few things don't require practice. Getting in touch with yourself is to be admired - you will learn about yourself and be able to share that with you mate at the time you decide. Don't let anyone make you feel this is wrong or guilty. Christians believe God created the full spectrum of humanness - to be human is not wrong. To enjoy pleasure is not wrong.
The feelings and arousal you are feeling are normal - do not try to stifle what you are suppose to be feeling.
Many have mistaken ideas of what is acceptable in the Bible. Solomon, a favorite of God, had many sexual experiences. He was not loved less by God.
If you are convinced that Christianity is for you, don't be made to feel bad for being normal. (There are belief systems that make a lot more sense than Christianity, but, that is a personal issue - don't rule out exploring other belief systems to make sure you have found what is right for you.
Good luck - and enjoy yourself!
PS - no, no, no, you don't need to pray to God to get rid of your condition - God made you that way!

When this whole save yourself 'till marraige thing started you have to understand something, during that time, people were married and 15...sometimes younger! Women are designed to have babies a lot earlier than people like to think.
By denying yourself sex...you are going against nature. Why do you think women go through puberty faster than men? It's so a young woman can be with an older man that will provide for her and her babies.
Don't believe me? Look it up...read and educate yourself.
I can tell you from experience, I am extremely happy that my wife messed around when she was younger instead of waiting till we were married and realized that I am only one man. We strive for experiences as humans. Enjoy it.
Practice makes perfect! But be careful...always!

Don't feel guilty for feeling aroused. That's something God gave you, however don't let that arousal dominate your actions. Prayer and Bible reading works well along with talking to people who have your best interests at heart. Try finding someone who can hold you accountable, understands what you are going through, and will listen to you. (My wife and I waited, so can you)

First, your future husband will be a very appreciative man knowing you cared enough to wait. It is nothing to get so crazy over, or destructive.
Having saved myself until marriage until I was 33, I understand your frustration. The best thing you can do is get yourself involved in some strenuous, physical activity that you enjoy. Keep yourself busy and active. Remember, this is not forever.
When you eventually meet that special someone and get married, go crazy and have fun.
Also, read the account of Joseph when he was a slave in Potiphar's house. He knew what to do.

I struggle with this as well. What I do is try to redirect my thoughts when they start straying to the sensual/sexual. I try reading the bible or praying or going for a walk. I had to put a filter on my own pc as well. It takes time and patience and prayer.

being aroused is not a sin...it WOULD be advantageous to be able to control them...self discipline, slef mastery and meditation helps control those urges...HOWEVER...ACTING upon those urges is much worse...
we're all human..we all make mistakes..we all feel tempted and urged in one way or another..
the best way is to get involved with musical hymns and EVERYTIME the thought comes in your mind...start singing that song...even if it means in the shower...
also you can pray that you receive strength to overcome those feelings or go watch sports or something that is completely asexual...something that could not possibly invoke sexual feelings..

Your hormones are building up to critical levels. If you insist on "saving" yourself, then you have no other choice than to learn to live with it. You might want to consider whether saving yourself is worth the incredible distraction, however.

i have struggled with these types of urges too and being honest with a non-judgemental friend and talking about these urges with them helps tremendously i also do so with prayer or reading of scripture...it doesnt always make it all go away, but it helps....the spirit helps us in our weakness

Avoid anything that would trigger those feelings, and keep your mind focused on other things, read your bible if you are a Christian and keep searching for the right mate.
