Well, I don't know if you can consider it lemonade when you're not supposed to add any sugar. Basically what you do is use organic lemons and turn them into lemon juice and add as much cumin powder that you can stand and drink it for the day. Make a pitcher and that's all you drink.
You can also cleanse your body drinking Organic Apple cider vinegar and distilled water 3 times a day, just take 2 table spoons of ACV in a glass of distilled water you can add organic honey for taste, and it helps you loose weight, your skin will look much better.

There is no need to cleanse before becoming a vegetarian. I didn't, and I'm pretty sure that most vegetarians didn't either. Starting a vegetarian diet can be your cleanse. I would not recommend any sort of fast for more than three days.
