Have just discovered Lindt Excellence Chili Chocolate Noir which is quite something. Is there something even darker and spicier out there I don't know about?

Madgascar Bourbon by a chocolatier called Neuhaus. This is a brown chocolate with cacao from said island with a vanilla essence. It is sort of sex in chocolate form. It even comes all packaged up with a slinky red ribbon and inside a little wallet. This, of course, is not spicy but ........

I noticed that bar in Waitrose at the weekend. I'll buy some tomorrow and give it a try. Instead, though, I bought Lindt 85% dark. It gives me a bad headache but what the heck....When people say they love chocolate it makes me a bit annoyed. REAL chocolate is the dark stuff and not many people truly like it. Except for the French, Swiss and Belgians, of course.

Haven't tried it yet. But the darker the better.............. I could just inhale at a chocolate shop. Better than sex... well close. Lindt extra dark is one of my favorites. But in a pinch, Dove has a dark chocolate that is very good. And my summer favorite is M&M Dark. They don't melt......

OH OH OH!!!! I just came back from the Upper part of Michigan and every little tourist town has a fudge shop. Oh Man talk about heaven! I was eating 1/2 lb. of fudge a day. It comes in any flavor you can imagine. But my favorite was Khula. My mouth is starting to water right now! I maybe going into sugar withdrawl!

My favorite chocolate experience doesn't involve candy. Our local Italian restaurant serves a chocolate dessert that is to die for. it is a small flourless chocolate cake (think cupcake size) set in the middle of a bowl of chocolate soup. It is heaven on earth!!!

Thorntons cappuccino bars. They are covered in crisp white chocolate with a sprinkle of coffee on the top with a light chocolate and coffee moussey- truffle inside... mmm... indulgence!

I found this amazing recipe for Guinness chocolate cake with Bailey's frosting and it comes out being DELICIOUS. I also like to make chocolate cappuccino cake. I like to pair my chocolate with other flavors to bring out different elements in the chocolate.
