you are not eating enough. The lowest amount of calories you should consume in a day is 1,200. You need to see a diet specialist and get a proper diet program laid out for you. What you are doing is very harmful to the body and you are going to suffer for it later on.

Congratulations on having lost 50 pounds.

However, an extremely low calorie diet will not supply the nutrients you need to support vital body functions.

Also, having gone to such a low calorie allowance puts your body into 'starvation' mode, and it actually starts slowing down and burning less calories.

Take the weight you are and multiply that by 12. That is the number of calories you need to stay the same as you are right now. Cut down those calories by 500 a day and you will lose a pound a week.

Alternate your eating with higher days and lower days to get past any plateaus you may encounter. Example, eat 1200 calories one day, 900 the next, etc.

Your diet is not shot. But you do need to get a handle on it. If you have unrealistic expectation (like eating 200 cal a day) then you can't keep that up. You have to learn to eat properly, so you can eat the rest of your life.

Good luck!

If you keep this up you'll lose even more muscle tone. You'll just look flabby and be unhealthy. There's nothing redeeming or attractive about that. Not even the morbidly obese are put on this type of diet under a doctor's care.
Since you've lost 50 lbs already you should see what you've done to your body. Go to a weight loss clinic and get analyzed. Get a body composition assessment. Fat percentage, muscle, water, and bone density. Then get your resting metabolism rate assessed by indirect calorimetry (MedGem, BodyGem, or ReeVue). It will tell you how many calories you need to maintain your weight and then you subtract 500-1000 calories from that to lose 2-4 lbs a week (depending on your start weight). Armed with actual data you wouldn't have to starve yourself like this. You're wrecking your metabolism and organs if you do this longer than 4 months.

You're more doomed from not eating enough calories. Your body is in starvation mode! You may be losing the weight quickly but the moment you start eating more calories your body will conserve them thinking it's starving to death. You really should be eating no less than 1200 calories a day, 1400 optimally. Sure, it will take longer to lose the weight, but you'll be able to maintain your weight easier if you do.

You sure that's healthy...but either way, you're not doomed. The best choice for dinner is a lots of vegetables (stay away from the starchy ones though like corn and potatoes), and if you have it, about a half of a cup of brown rice becuase it is a good source of whole grain, has very little fat, and still has some protein. You can season it with salt- and sugar-free seasonings like Mrs. Dash Table Blend.

You're fine. You should be eating about 1000 calories a day. Make them healthy calories by eating fruits and veggies, chicken, fish, and whole grains.

Your body needs nutrients to survive!! Eating less than 500 calories a day is not healthy. Talk to your doctor for a recommended low-calorie diet.

You should eat healthy and exercise to maintain a healthy weight. Not starve yourself. That's not good.

starving yourself makes the body CLING to every calorie! to loose weight you MUST EAT! 5 small meals per day with proper aerobic exercise will make you thinner! NOT STARVING!
