No--usually it makes it worse.

You really need to find the reason of your headache, not just fasting to hopefully cure it.

If I DON'T eat I get a headach. So I don't see how fasting could help.

To the extent that you won't NOTICE that you have a headache because you'll be hungry and have low blood sugar... sure.

I get headaches if i haven't eaten enough protein, and also when i haven't drank enough water.
have some turkey and a tall glass of H2O!

actually fasting would make headaches, if you're not used to it.
