Some of these answers are wrong...educational benefits can be transferred to child...agent orange has had its financial output dry up (?) I heard..agent orange fund was for payment to ? if military person died of agent orange or diseases caused by agent orange. There was supposed to be a $600 payment to children who had disabilities because the parent was exposed to agent orange. It never happened idk . There was a paper with a seal on it that stated about agent orange.
The fund was originally stated for military exposed to agent orange and died.
Get in touch with your legislator and keep a paper trail of who you talked to and when and result...

If your dad got a medal or a purple heart, you might be in....or if your dad was getting a disability perhaps. But just because you say that he died of agent orange is probably not gonna cut it. Try talking to the VA and see what they tell you. Veterans Administration. Also, you might try the VFW and or DAV. I could be wrong.
