cardio cardio cardio. If you want to loose maximum weight do cardio workous 6-7 days a week for 40 minutes. Keep doing this until you get to the weight you want, then cut it down to like 3-4 days a week.
Best cardio that burns the most fat is probably racquetball. Running burns a lot if you push yourself really hard. If you jog you'll probably not burn as much. Jump roping is also a good cardio workout and not as much impact.
And eat like 500 calories less. Find out how many calories you need a day by using the Harris-benedict formula...i think theres an online calculator for it if you google it

I am sure youve heard this before, but eat less calories than you expend An easy foolproof way to do this, which also minimizes stressing about overeating, is to eat, than not eat again untill you are truly hungry and have burnt off every single little calorie you put in you. getting fat from overeating is impossible because if wait till you burn off enough energy till eating again, the calories wont store as fat because you burn them off before loading up again. This takes some discipline. if you have a huge dinner, in the morning befor breakfast ask yourself if youre hungry. you probably still have "leftovers" from dinner to burn off, and keep that in mind.

Plenty of exercise/activity and whole natural foods that came from God's creation in nature, not man's creation in a laboratory.
