your arm is probably not a good idea unless your doing both. you'll end up looking lopsided. try your upper back (center) or lower back (center) try and find a design that would compliment your grandchildren depending on age, and what they like. that way you won't regret it later. INK is forever.

Depending on the # of names, you could do something simple, like a teddy bear holding balloons with a name in each one. or a ribbon that looks like it is folded with a name between each fold.

i think you should write it some were you an barely see or very small letter but not in your arms. in your lower back
