No. That is not even close to being true.
Especially with Tequila. That will get you drunk faster than some other things.
I have heard people say that you cannot smell vodka, yet it will get you drunk. I can smell vodka on breath, so that is just a myth. Maybe not quite as noticeable as other things, yet it does have an odor.

Sorry to tell you but its not true. The reason some alcohol drinks are clear is due to the way they are distilled. No matter what color they are they do have alcohol inside. Its all up to the % in volume or proof that it has to make you drunk.

Haha are you kidding?
Of course not! Vodka and tequila have a very high alcohol content, and believe me you cant get down right stinking drunk.

Lol. Absolutly not. I can guarentee it.
The depressant effect of alcohol resulting in drukeness is due to the ethanol content within.
Clear drinks like vodka still have this ethanol (and usually in a (much) greater concentration than beer etc.) therefore can definitly stilll make you drunk.
Enjoy alcohol responsibly : )

That is SO not true ~ what you may have heard is that with clear drinks the hangover you will have is not so mind numbingly awful as with, say. Jack Daniels or a whisky.

no, not at all.
that couldnt be less true.
if it contains alcohol it will intoxicate you in some way.
the color of liquor is usually dependent on the aging and filtering processes. Hence when whiskey is first distilled, it is clear, yet after aging, it's a carmel color.
