depends on the TABC laws of the state, you live in. in texas, he would have to order for you, receive the beer and give it to you himself. you have to proof, that you are married.

Its still against the law for you to drink beer. However its not like you will be the only 18 year old in the world that is being givin' beer by a 21+.

No, because it would be considered contributing to a minor and he could get in big trouble. You still are not of age to drink so it wold be against the law for he to give you alcohol. I would not worry if you are in your own home, but if for some reason the cops show up there then he could get in big trouble. I would just keep it in the privacy of your own home and not chance it out in public. It would not be worth it for him or you.

In the state of Louisiana, yes. You can't buy it yourself but you can go to a bar and he can legally buy it for you and the authorities cannot say anything about it so long as you keep a copy of your marriage certificate as proof. Trust me on that one.

He is contributing to a minor...if you are in the privacy of your own home then fine...but if you are out at a bar or having dinner or something, he would be risking a chance of getting busted...
