Exactly what it seems like it would be. Energy is being sucked from you some how from somewhere. Where are the leeches located?

It depends on what they were doing and what color they were. But leeches represent things and issues which suck the life out of you. They can also represent people who weigh heavily on you for financial or emotional support. But the point is they drain you.
