How can I enhance my breast size without surgery? I'm 19 and I'm a 32A.?

I should also add that I am already on birth control and it didn't help ( I had hoped it would) and I can't find any bras my size at Victoria's Secret and push up bras don't help me b/c I have nothing to push up! Thanks so much for all your answers though! I really appreciate it!

Other than wearing a good padded/pushup bra, there is nothing you can do. You are the size you are, just as you are as tall as you're supposed to be. It's genetic.

Try wearing clothes that suit your shape. Push up bras are useless because you have nothing to push up. I'm not trying to be offensive, but I'm keeping it real. I know because I was the same size at your age. When I got a little older they got a little bigger. Like almost a "B" cup. I just wear clothes that make them good and not flat. I have friends who did either had surgery or some type of enhancement and now they look weird as they got older. Oh yea try to show off some of your assets in tasteful way if possible and no one will ever notice the "A" cup. All they'll know is that you are well put together.

Ok, let's think this thru like rational adults. (You are an adult, aren't you?) Ask yourself: What is the major reason you have breasts? To titillate some juvenile male that thinks breasts are all women are about? No, breasts are on all female mammels. Do you see mares going around trying to get breast augmentation? Any breast implant is unnatural and probably dangerous-and all for little reason than it's the standard of womanly beauty now. Right now is when you should decide if you want to GO WITH THE CROWD or do you want to be YOUR OWN PERSON. These kinds of decisions will face you in every turn in your life. I do believe your breasts will be large enough to feed your yet unborn child--and your breasts will probably be larger AFTER said child has nursed awhile. A man should want you for who you are and not as a Playboy plaything.

There really isn't anything except surgery. The `breast enhancement' pills and devices you see advertised in so many places are scams - they don't work.

The best thing is to look on the bright side of not having large breasts - you won't develop back problems because of heavy breasts (and it does happen to a lot of large-breasted women), and you won't have guys staring at your chest, which I would hate. I'm a B cup, and I'm glad I'm not any bigger.

Doing push ups build the muscles in your breasts and upper part of your chest giving your more cleavage and perking your breasts. Also, if you are not on birth control pills yet, this will most likely increase your breasts size as well, the extra hormones can increase your breasts at least 1 cup size...and as long as you exercise the weight should stay in your breasts and not much any where else.

I do not suggest ingesting anything into your body to make breasts bigger. Ultimately you don't know what is in them and can be harmful if you don't do your homework on them. What I do suggest is using bra inserts. They sell these soft skin-like insert. Alot of women call them chicken cutlets. If you go to a store like Victoria's Secret they will know what you're talking about. Good luck!

Unless you basically don't have any, don't bother increasing breast size. Most men Like nice, plump boobs. no one likes ones that are obnoxiously huge. just thought I'd put that in. If you basically don't have any, wear one of those breast enhancing braws

you can add insertable padding into your bra. where a push up bra, where tight fitting clothes, where a bra with large cups, and always make sure you wear a bra
