Addressing your logic, assuming Noah and his family were all of the same race, nationality, and ethnicity, then only that one ethnicity--probably Middle Eastern brown--would be alive today. Obviously, that was not the case.
I'd say no Japanese women were on Noah's ark--and no Native Americans, Europeans, or Africans. They were all Middle Easterners. (Another theory would say that life began in Africa, so perhaps Noah's family were all Africans, or African/Middle Eastern.)
The Bible says in Genesis that Noah's three sons became the progenitors of all the races and nationalities and ethnicities of humankind. The different strains would have developed, or evolved, over the centuries.
Possibly Noah's son's wives were of three distinct ethnic groups which lent themselves into developing into certain ethnic and racial groups.
At the time of Noah's ark, the people(s) of the world had not yet scattered all over the world. That didn't happen until after the Tower of Babel incident, according to Genesis.

None.
It is my belief that the three main groups of people on the earth today mirror the three sons of Noah that were on the ark. The Caucasians were descended from Shem. The Orientals were descended from Japeth and the Africans were descended from Ham. Ham's wife was of the lineage of Cain, thus preserving the curse in the land.
Apparently there was enough difference between Shem and Japeth that they were able to develop into two basic races even though they were true brothers, having the same mother and father. Ham was a half brother, same father, different mother.
Everybody else we see today is a mixture of the above.

Probably none. Well I would think it works the same as animals. God only created two dogs so then why are their so many different kinds? Well they adapted. So I would thihnk it is the same for people. So there werent Japanese on the boat . If that answers your question.

Well that's a stupid question no matter you're Christian or atheist. I don't think religious people have any problem with human variation-- Tower of Babel and all. If you're an atheist and evolutionist, you believe we all came from essentially one race somewhere in northern Africa which then split into the races we know today. What's you're point?

There was only 1. Her and some guy named Takeshi, or something. You don't really hear about then cuz they kinda minded their own business and stayed out of everybody's way. But sometimes they'd make sushi, which everybody loved. They also played cards a lot down in the hold near the giraffes.

The differences between people (in terms of appearance) is due to environmental factors. We share the same basic genetics.
