I didn’t make the decision on my own…I was drawn to him…It didn’t matter how I tried to shake it off…I had a yearning for something better and I couldn’t put my finger on what it was. I broke up with my boyfriend, quit smoking etc. I had this feeling for months. I wasn’t a member of any church & I hadn’t been since I was a teen. God pretty much was on the back burner. It was just this overwhelming feeling that I had. I hadn’t picked up a bible in years but one day I got down on my knees and asked for forgiveness. I told God wherever he wanted me to go…I would go.

A couple of days later my Aunt called and asked if I wanted to go to church. We went to a church in the area and I have been there every since. My life is much happier & I will be a servant until the day that I die.

My dad was an atheist and I was pretty much an atheist myself. My mom was a Christian. My dad was an extremely intelligent man and my mom only went to the 8th grade. I thought Christians were weak uneducated people. I had this one boyfriend who was into the occult. I saw things of a spiritual nature and decided if the supernatural was true I was going to look into the God side. I had heard enough of it from my mom that I had some knowledge. The Holy Spirit got ahold of me and I began reading the Bible and came under conviction for my sins, repented and accepted Christ's forgiveness and the rest is history. God bless!!

Hello let me give my answer from The Holy Bible and let me explain first Just who Jesus Christ really is okay bare with me okay. In Hebrews 13:8 Jesus has been from all of time past to all of time future, in Heb.1:5-9 The Father Himself address Jesus as God and in John 1 we read Jesus was the one that created us in the first place and it was He that in Gen.3:15 that said some day He would come and destroy the effects of sin and the devil and it was He in Isaiah 53:2 [Please read the whole chapter] that said He came after giving up His divine body to take a human one just like mine, not only did He come to here as a human just like me, yet He is God but when He left here to go back to The Father He kept that same body WITH the marks that should have been for me, He will have that body and those marks Just for me FOREVER, so the reason i turned my life over to Him is i hope yours is too, its called LOVE, find out more free bible lessons www.amazingfacts.org God bless.

It wasn't Jesus, it was God... which is more or less the same thing. And i guess the biggest factor is that He just does everything for me :\ He lays out all the ground work for me and i do it. Like basically i do believe God has a plan for us and i'm just fullfilling it. I dont' have to worry about money, health and just about anything that i need. So that was a selling point for me.

I agree with Father K. I was baptized at eight days old into the body of Christ. I have never doubted my parents decision to commit me to Christ and have been a lifelong Christian.

In Christ

I haven't turned my life over to Jesus, I wish that I could. Jesus was everything I wish I could be he loved everyone, never cast judgement, and forgave unconditionally even the people who hung him on the cross. I only wish I could do these things.

Jesus the son of God is alive. Every day, every time, every moment Jesus speaks to me. He poured out His precious blood to save my soul. There are many factors...
He loves me like everyone here. He has all power: heavens and Earth.

I had no idea what I was doing with my love life. Lots of bad relationships with men. God's way made sense to me. He often times uses hurt in our lives to draw us near to him.
