You should not do that much. Just keep looking at him until he looks at you. Then smile while holding his eyes for a couple of seconds. When you are sure you got his attention, let your eyes wander over him (be sure not to focus on private parts; you don't want to give him that impression). Then look away while still smiling. If that doesn't work, nothing else will! Repeat that every time you see him. A look says more than a thousand words can... I'll bet you he will approach you.

Hi, a lot of kids your age ask this question.
I am going to give you my experience when I was single and it worked all the time.
I would go up to a very attractive girl I wanted to meet. I would say, "Hi, my name is Fred, I came over here to meet you, what is your name?"
90% of the time the girls told me how refreshing it was to talk to a guy without a line.
Do the same, have a good question, go up and introduce yourself assuming you don't know each other and ask the question.
Try it and let me know what happened.

As a guy, I'll usually approach girls, try to make conversation and offer them my number, I give them the choice to call, and if they do, then I know they are interested. Most girls aren't into approaching guys (sadly), so I offer another solution to that. Try to make eye contact and smile at them. It's a simple and harmless way to flirt. It goes hand and hand with the number method I use, because if they come talk to you, you know they are interested.

First of all if you like him dont flash and him and do immature things to get his attention. Trying say hey or starting a conversation with him. Send him and email, myspace message, or something to start yourself off.

Find out what he is into and hang out around him he will start to notice you more often when he sees you. and look at him and if he looks at you smile flirt with your eyes. He probably come talk to you after a while.

best way to get his attention is to look great and pay attention to his friends and not him, then when he looks at u give him a little smile but not for to long, carryin on tlkin to sum1 else. that will make him want u!! i promise it will work!!

Walk up to him and say "Hi, my name is {your name}. I just wanted to introduce myself to you. See ya around...".
Or, find out where he hangs and start hanging there too. Eventually, work a way to introduce yourself to him (which makes it less surprising, since he would remember you from where he hangs).
