I am a housewife so I pretty much make my own schedule. I wonder whats the best time of the day to exercise to get the fastest results? Is there a time when metabolism is highest? I like to jog, do crunches and taebo.

I'm of mixed opinion on this.
I understand the logic to work out in the morning and get your metabolism set for the day, but I was able to lose 5 lbs a week for several weeks, by doing Tae Kwon Do for an hour at 9:00 PM.

i personally love to get up around 5 and walk..i take my dog so without alot of people up he wont be barking the whole time, i also love the look of the neighborhood when all is quiet and sleepy and it is major motivation becasue i know about halfway on my walk to be at a certian point to watch the sun come up.....i have tried in the evening after work but i find myself tired and wanting to relax with my kids..when i do it in the morning the rest of my day goes well knowing i already fit my excersie in
