Hydration!
Drink a big glass of water before you go to bed, and another one as soon as you wake up. Follow the am one with some gatorade mixed with water, then some Sprite or 7up.

If you are not puking and can eat, I've found that eating something kinda greasy like bacon and eggs with toast help. Then make sure you drink lots of water today. Also, the best way to prevent a hangover is to take a Vitamin B tablet and 2 aspirins before you go to bed. I agree that drinking a glass of water between every drink is good, plus dance a lot if you are in a place where you can dance. It helps me to not have a hangover!

before you pass out, drink a glass of water. when you get up or come to, take some B complex with some water. Within an hour eat something with protein and carb (egg on bread etc.) once your stomach settles down take Vit C. You will feel better before lunch. Later in the day if you feel sickie drink a cup of green tea. the big thing is to get water in you before you pass out.
If you are nauseous in the AM, drink an ice cold coke-cola. the carbination will get the sugar and caffeine right into your bloodstream. Coke syrup is still sold in drug stores to calm babys sick tummies.

Hangovers are due to 3 main things, dehydration, hypoglycemia = low sugar, and toxins from the break down of the alcohol, mainly aldehydes.
Drink plenty eat some calories and you have dealt with 2 out of 3.

A hair of the dog is the best cure.
After a few drinks your hangover goes but if you overdo it then, of course, you are destined for another hangover.

Water. Lots of it. While you're drinking if you can but afterwards for sure. Drink as much water as you can before you go to bed. The hangover is caused from dehydration.
