I think so! I am super skinny too 103-105 at 5'8" but if my weight creeps up a few pound (like when I go stay with my best Friend for a week and she cooks me dessert every night). I stop eating late at night and lose it fast. Also I eat more like six times a day than three.

Possibly, but you're better off eating small amounts (200-300 calories) ever 3 or 4 hours for the most efficient way to burn them off. Otherwise, you *might* end up bingeing at a meal and defeat the whole purpose.
