There really is no 100% way to secure a life-long relationship. But, what you can do is try to find someone who you can relate to. Someone who can fulfill your needs and desires. Ask potential partners if they can fulfill your needs and desires. If they can't, then I think it's time to move on.

Find a nice Christian boy who has never been in an adult relationship and does exactly whatever the Church and his parents tell him, then wait until after your are committed in a life-long monogamous relationship before being intimate with him.

be sweet to them all the time, be understanding, be supportive, be a turn on too. (that would be the last one)
and be compassionate and make the person feel you care about them alot, think alot about the person, always send text message to find out how they are.
