Just be ready to answer questions on situations and things you've experienced.
Questions like:
When you had to be the leader of something,
A situation where you had to work together in a group and create something,
A situation where you had to work with someone you didn't like and what you did,
If you had a job to finish before your shift is ending what do you do and who do you tell, things like that...

I have gotten an interview by Target before and some things you need to know are: Why you are applying for the position you want, have u had any leadership experience before doesnt matter if its school or an event ect, and what team or a team member means to you. The interview is pretty much easy it's just mostly the things above and things you have done in situations. Good Luck

Yeah, keep breathing, they don't like dead people unless you can pass the drug test alright. The college might hurt, but I doubt it, if their hiring. I guess if there are a lot of applicants it's smart, if they ask you, to tell them you would report any drug abuse, never touch the stuff unless they know you, hardle ever lied except once that you liked someones tie that asked you, we all do little lies sometimes, they don't believe you if you say you never lied. Ever stole stool anything? A lollypop once, but I was two and never from a company. No jail time. That may get you a month of two until they check. And in retail of course you get along well with people, but don't believe in socializing on the job when the boss in looking. Stuff like that. There are test for honesty, integrity and probably even attitudes also. Actually the college could help, shows initiative but you are going to studying retail management, of course. Couldn't you take a course or something in business? How about business psychology, your not sure. Don't lie really, sometimes it shows and you seem shifty for life if it's a habit. A good road to avoid. Especially try not to lie to yourself, that's the real biggy.

Show that you have energy and a williness to do the job. Be very positive and friendly. Do not tell them anything you would not do. Make sure they know you are dependable and flexible. Also, customer service is key, if you show that you put the customer first, you should be fine.
