They both work.........it depends on what you are trying to solve...
Oil treatments can solve Dry - damaged- flyaway-curly hair.....and can be used as "PRE" - treatments....
Hair masks although very few have the proper ingredients.... are good for "overnight" conditioning...........so you need to be very careful of 'ingredients'.....or they will not repair anything...
I have a unique shampoo regimen I recommend in my clinic...
I recommend shampoo and spray detangler.....if your hair gets super knotty.....and then deep condition once - twice per week....not every day....... I do not feel every day conditioning fixes or cures a thing....its just developed by shampoo manufacturers so everyone has to buy a bottle of conditioner when it is is not needed..........
20 years ago there was no such thing as "conditioner".....
Ask anyone today if they feel their hair condtioner has healed or 'fixed" anything............everyone says no.........
why use one then?

They both work sweetie! By the way, you can actually have a great treatment without a hassle of going to salons! Free of sulfates and silicone, this all natural formula nourishes and protects your hair, fighting damage from the inside out, leaving hair manageable, soft and full of life. Because Moroccan Argan oil is most like the natural oils in your hair it will leave hair full of shine without the added weight and greasy residue many other oil treatments leave behind. The product is called Pro Naturals, it's safe and makes your hair healthy! Try it dear. :)

Sorry I've never tried hair masks. Most of these two treatments are for dry salp or oil hair or for thinning falling hair. It depends on what the problem is. I oil my hair regularly on the weekends and wash it out a few hours later. Helps a lot. Tell me what the specific problem is and I can help you more.

honestly, i have tried the masks, and they're okay ... they don't do exactly what you think they will. i'm all about moisture, and i don't think that masks give you too much of it. oil "treatments" ... the only "treatments" i give my hair is putting either organic sweet almond oil or organic virgin unrefined coconut oil in my hair after i get out of the shower. they're both all natural and organic, so that it's healthy for my hair & it leaves it super shiny & doesn't weight it down (i have curly hair) & it helps too keep the frizz down. the key is to use only a tiny bit, and use it every day, so that you can maintain healthy hair.
