No one can help you without more information... What did you do to make her mad? Forget a date? Cheat?
But if you really want to make her happy, try surprising her with a romantic picnic or something. Something to show her how much you truly care.

Ask her what would make her happy. Sound genuine. Be prepared for bitter, sarcastic answers until she realizes you _are_ genuine. Then point out you are communicating for the first time. Enjoy. ;)

Depends on what you did to make her mad... if you cheated on her, well, she isn't really your girlfriend anyway, no one is.
Just leave her alone and let her cool off. She will call when she is ready.

That is a very true statement - you can't do anything to make her happy. Her happiness is her responsibility.
All you can do is lie low until it dies down.

You have a couple of choices ... leave her be for a little while to cool off, or dump her and find someone less high maintenance.

It doesn't hurt to apologize and reflect on what you're doing to tick her off - and then CHANGE whatever it is that sets her off to be a better man.
But whatever you did - it must have been really bad.
