How could anyone possibly call this touching?

Just saw this online:

To all parents who need advice: Jaden and Carley are now in their twenties. When they were kids, they got into a fight. The house was destroyed cuz they threw ice cream everywhere. Their Mom and Dad said after seeing this, "Let’s give them each their own little house and whatever they want." Their Dad disagreed, but as they say Mother knows best, and they each moved into their own mini mansion. Carley got some cute little puppies, and Jaden gots lots of video games, and if they want something new their parents always agreed to do it. They never have seen each again, but they never fight and always are interested in trying new things. They are very happy people, and they even have their own personal servants nowadays. So your kids get into a fight? Do what Jaden and Carley’s parents did, and they’ll grow up to be perfect people.

Well the only thing I can see out of this situation is two kids who do not know how to live in the real world. They need to be tought how to get along, not to avoid the situation that is at hand. Plus, you don't just hand a kid everything they want, they need to learn that everything has an value. I have 3 kids who fight all the time, but they know that someone is going to have to give some and meet in the middle. They also know they can't run away they have to face their obsticles. And no these kids are not growing p to be perfect people, they are growing up to be bad people, the ones that everyone with any brains does not care for. Hope they never loose their money because they will loose their power and will be living on the street or dead whichever they choose.

Could that have been sarcasm? It doesn't transmit that well without hearing someone's voice or seeing their body language. You probably didn't even pick up on it in my first sentence. Some people just don't know how to frame the sentences so that it actually sounds sarcastic, so it can be tough gauging the seriousness of stuff on the web.

Of course, if someone actually did mean that it is (shudders) touching, they need to be shot. In the face. More than once.

Um....wow....my sister and I fought everyday...but now she is my best friend...I dont believe that giving a child their own mini mansion plus whatever they want is a way to solve siblings fighting! I mean kids have been fighting since like the begining of time...i feel that those kids are probably not perfect or happy as it states they are...that is just wrong and in a way can be considered child abuse b/c did their parents really love them to just buy them crap and keep them in their own house ??

Man, that's disturbing. I mean, my parents had me and my sister TALK to eah other if we got into a fight. We never got "whatever we wanted and our own homes."

This isn't touching, this is an example of sick conflict resolution techniques, how loaded would you have to be to like this?
