You can't calculate 'health' any more than you can measure 'love' - that doesn't stop people from trying though...

...you can calculate various aspects of health but its the overall picture thats more important. Important factors such as genetics, mental health, diet and exercise are all different for everybody.

If you are obviously out of balance in one or more of these factors then some measurement might help but often the quantification of these things can be a distraction from the main goal - a healthy lifestyle. (not measurements)

they are weird. I don't trust them because how do they know just from that info you gave them?
