Always remember your ABC's airway, breathing, circulation. You always handle airways/breathing problems first, before everything else, then you focus on circulation problems etc.
Remember your major drug reactions. Everything causes Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or heart problems when in doubt, you can always go there.
This test takes a long time, (because it's timed), it keeps asking you questions until the time runs out.
If it keeps asking the same type of questions it does not mean that you are getting them wrong so don't freak out.
It's multiple choice so always answer all of the questions.
And, remember you know what you are doing, you just have to remain calm, and think the answers through.

I had taken the RN exams but I can say that whatever exams you will take you will not know what questions will come out. Just try your best to prepare of what you think you should especially with your weak points. You maybe had tried hard and have done your best and could become unlucky: if what you studied well did not come out while what you missed to review or what you had given less attention had mostly came on the exams. You see, there is absolutely nothing called hard or easy exams. In all depends on your self preparation and your luck. Anyway, just "Do your best, God will do the rest, and you will be judged according to what you have done!" Good luck!

Only if you don't know what you're doing. If you did good in school then you should do good on the exam, if you had bad grades in school then you'll do bad on the exam.
