Go clean your room and run the vacuum. Work out in the yard. Cut the grass. Quit using the word " like" when it has nothing to do with anything. If there is a park nearby go to it. Let me tell you someting. Back in the day, we had only 3 channels on TV and there were no such thing as a gameboy. Take care of chores,play, find new chores like cleaning windows. Eat what foods that you KNOW are good for you. No snacking on junk food this includes cereal bars. You will be surprised.

OKAY watever u do remember that if u stop exercising thinking its too hard , you'll have pleasure of sitting down for like 2 minutes but it hurts so much afterwards and it feels SO good watching u lose weight. i've lost 8 pounds so far and i was amazed !!! so just instead of walking to places like the kitchen, dance there!! and jump rope, make records and be competitive about breaking your last one. those 2 exercises have quick effects and dont feel like work! i play DDR like a lot now to lose weight and it helps a lot too!Do a couple crunches if its flab you want to lose around the stomache, and just go crazy sometimes it truly truly helps. push-ups for work around the triceps and biceps. gradually increase it everyday until u do it for about half an hour everyday. Something really good is to be active A LOT like going outside for walks or starting a dog-walking business. if u cant do that, u can still lose a lot! I will be so proud of you once you've reached your goal, i hope you do! 1) Drink water
2) Drink green tea
3) Run in the morning.
4) Eat fruits and vegetales.
5) Do not eat junk food.
Also, if you would like to weigh 120 pounds, eat 1200 calories, if you would like to weigh 146 pounds, eat 1460 calories! Simple as that. be sure you are burning more calories than you're taking in. It takes 3500 calories to lose one pound, as with gaining a pound too!Hope this helps! :D Goodluck Sweetheart!

Try low carb diet for a month or two. It really can help you lose weight and it can decrease your appetite. My husband lost 10 kilos/20 pounds the first 2 weeks.
